Acceptance Vector
By opening, executing, or browsing this online interface (the "System"), you agree to fully comply with and be bound by these operational guidelines. If you do not accept these baseline criteria, access to BSKYT Labs hardware layers and interactive environments is automatically revoked.
Limited System Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily load the assets and procedural canvas layers of the BSKYT application for individual, non-commercial evaluation purposes. Under this structural use agreement, you are prohibited from:
- REVERSE_ENGINEER: Decompiling or extracting localized WebGL shader fragments and procedural algorithms.
- SCRAPE_ASSETS: Using data mining scripts or extraction matrices on product images or core design parameters.
- MIRROR_NODE: Copying or porting the structural source code to distinct domains or external server endpoints.
IP Proprietary Layer
All structural assets, custom layouts, color token frameworks, vector typography selections, and design system elements deployed across this platform are the exclusive property of BSKYT Labs. Unauthorized reproduction or use of these assets violates international intellectual property protections.
Specification Warranties
The functional outputs, specifications, and telemetry records displayed within this interface are presented "as is." BSKYT Labs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding continuous system operation, sub-micron physical consistency across all manufacturing iterations, or perfect real-time data sync with peripheral applications.
System Governance
Any legal action or dispute connected to the digital operations of the System will be handled under the jurisdiction of the corporate entity's primary location, without regard to external conflict of law variables.
